01. What format is the pack and how do I use it?

Every pack is a single Markdown file you download after checkout. Open it, copy a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, paste in your client’s context, and ship the output. No login, no app, no extension — you keep the file forever and reuse it.

02. What’s the refund / satisfaction policy?

If the prompts don’t save you time within 14 days of purchase, email us and we’ll refund the full amount — no forms, no friction. The pack is yours either way.

03. Can I use the prompts commercially with my clients?

Yes. The license covers unlimited client work — you’re buying the prompt, not a per-seat subscription. Resell the prompts themselves as a competing product and the license doesn’t cover that (which keeps the price low).

04. Will it work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs?

Yes. The prompts are model-agnostic plain English with optional variable slots in [ALL_CAPS]— paste them into any assistant. We don’t target a single model or hide the wording behind an embedding.

05. How do I get my download again after paying?

Use Order lookup — enter the email you paid with and the Stripe checkout session id (it’s in the receipt) and we’ll email a fresh link.
